We also sell new equipment and repair existing equipment. We provide free estimates, and you will find us to be competitively priced. "We're very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience, and we take your concerns seriously. We strive to deliver quality work and clear communication throughout every project, and it?s disappointing to hear that you felt otherwise. We would like to clarify a few key points. First, the final balance on your project was never paid. Despite the project being almost one year old, when you contacted us about a coping piece coming loose, we were still willing to address the issue as a courtesy?pending resolution of the outstanding balance. As part of our good faith efforts, we even cleaned and sealed your entire deck at our own expense. Unfortunately, the balance was never settled, which by our clearly stated policy voids all warranty obligations. Our installations, including coping, are done following industry standards. Any issues reported are taken seriously and investigated, and we regret that the resolution was not to your satisfaction. It's also important to note that coordinating multiple specialized crews during a pool and deck renovation can occasionally result in logistical challenges, but we always aim to minimize disruption and maintain a respectful work site. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry this project ended on a negative note. We remain committed to improving our processes and communication, and we genuinely wish you the best with your home going forward."
