The team at South Florida Pool Heating was a pleasure to deal with from my first call. I own a vacation rental property management company and this was my first time using their services. We where surprised by an explosion Saturday night at 9:00 PM. Turns out our pool heater had exploded. Not much to do that night, so waited until Monday morning. Called and spoke with Dennis and explained our situation and what happened next was the best customer service I have ever received since moving to Florida 43 years ago. Not only did Dennis send someone out to remove the exploded heater, but had a new heater which he personally upgraded for us, installed by 1:30 PM. All I can say is THANK YOU Dennis for knowing what a customer really expects and then delivering on that expectation.......

My original request was for quotes for a new pool heater. I described the situation to Dennis and he said that it is probably something else and would like the opportunity to service it instead. His tech came and fixed us up in under an hour. His knowledge and ability to listen saved me about $6000.
