Very responsive, showed up on time, lived up to their quote and obligations. Even took the time to move the switch for our spa so that it was more convenient for us to use. Upon inspection of our soon to be home, it was discovered that there were plugs in 2 of the jets of our spa/hottub. We contacted Sonic who knew exactly where and what the problem was. They had to cut into the concrete to change out a couple of pipes to do the repair as well as replace a motor. The job took 2 days to complete and so far, all good. Even though this had the potential to be a very messy job, they were extremely neat and left no mess. Closed up the hole they made with fresh concrete which we just stained right over.

They were very good to work with. they called when they found out the problem and gave me an estimate of what the repair would cost. They then performed the repair.
