On 7/20/24 Safe and Easy Moving was hired to move me from my FL home to my home in GA. The movers were paid extra to box certain items in the move. During the move two items they boxed. The company has yet to pay for the damaged items despite it being stipulated in their contract because the movers re entered my home after they should have been gone, and took money (which movers and company have admitted) from an ex that I was leaving- This is despite the fact they were at MY home and under contract with ME and NO authority was given to them to take direction from him. They destroyed a sofa that belonged to me (caught on a neighbor's camera) by moving it outside and dumping it upside down on the curb.The moving company have admitted the movers did this, but want to pay $.60/lb that their contract covers for damages during a move to property they are authorized to move, yet they had NO authorization to enter my home or move this piece of property. Company now refuses to pay contractual

Absolutely perfect! From the second they arrived on time they were kind and caring towards our belongings. They treated everything with the upmost respect. I would recommend then to anyone looking to relocate. Safe and easy move made my move the easiest move in 38 years. Thank you Safe and easy

Starting time was around 12 noon on Sat Feb 29th - the mover showed up at 4:50pm - we were moving my 90 year old mom into independent living - the movers finished at 12:45am. It was a long very long day for my mom. Items not fully replaced or broken: 1-cocktail Table small leg broken - company did not follow up with us 2-dining room table was put together and there are three pieces that the novers could not replace to table - they did not know how. i want these items to be fixed or some typ of compensation offered to fix them. March 2nd called to speak with Manager or Owner and he was not in - Nicolas T - the girl Kathy who works there would not give me his last name. Waiting to hear from him. I choose this company becasue of Angie's List and I would not recommend S&E to anyone. I am waiting for follow up from S&E
