DO NOT HIRE!!! Caused Lots Of Leaks And Never Fixed Them! DON'T BE FOOLED AESTHETICALLY THE POOL LOOKS GREAT BUT THEY RUINED OUR POOL AND ITS GOING TO COST US THOUSANDS TO FIX IT. We hired Luis and his team to renovate our pool and we have had nothing but problems with it since they touched it. You name and we've had issues with it. First of all they adjusted the height of our skimmer and made it way to high so now the overflow drain is below the skimmer. This caused our pool to constantly drain below the skimmer line making our pool suck in air to the pump. Their solution was to fill the overflow drain with cement so now when it rains we have to manually drain the pool. Not to mention the skimmer gate they installed was to large. His solution was to tell me to just remove the gate. He never had someone come and fix the issue. There were also several leaks in the pool after they remodel. We never had a leak before they touched our pool. Reluctantly Luis sent his leak detection team out. It took them several trips (6) to finally find two of the leaks. However our pool continued to lose about an 1 inch of water every 2 days. He continued to tell us it was evaporation, doing everything in his power not to come out to fix the issue. We finally hired our own leak detection company ( this cost $500) and they found another two leaks. On top of this when they worked on our spa rather than installing the jets with plaster they opted to use duct tape. We asked them to fix them several times and every time they did they continued to use duct tape. Every time we go to turn on our spa on the jet heads fly out. We also had to have another company fix the issue. It also caused our air regulator to blow out of the ground as you can see in the picture. The last time we asked Luis to fix them he didn't even come out. When you pay north of $30k for a pool renovation you expect them to use more than duct tape. We could not have chosen a worst company to work with and I implore anyone who's looking to renovate their pool to look somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
