Joe is an amazing & honest Contractor, which is very rare to find!! He treats you like family and is very easy to work with. He shares his honest opinion of what needs to be done and will help you keep costs down where you can. He has the expertise in getting the job done, the right way the first time! He will give you his recommendations and works with you throughout the entire project, easy to get a hold of and never makes you feel bad for constantly calling him with questions. He remodeled our master bathroom after discovering a leak "in" the wall which we had no idea existed. He'll also work directly with your insurance company to take care of the burden and confusion from that process. Don't hesitate to give him a call no matter how big/small the job is. Joe was referred to me by my friend ,so I contacted him for an inspection for a house that my wife and I are buying. He showed up on time, and took about 2-3 hours to do the complete inspection. He actually gave me a full report at the end of the inspection,and offered to email it to whomever would need a copy if I wanted to. I am handy myself, and I have seen other inspections done for my family members, and I have to say that Joe took his time, and took a look for things that could be of major concern for a home buyer, besides the average things that I've seen most inspectors checking. Througout the inspection I asked him a few questions, while he was inspecting, he not only addressed major concerns, but he also pointed out possible causes that can lead to major damages, and advised me to have them checked and repaired by a licensed contractor, before purchasing the home. Besides the fact that his inspection reports were easy to read and included estimates for repairs, he has made me aware of issues that I was able
to get credited toward my purchase. I am more than happy for the service he peformed and I would defenitely reccomend Pro Builders to anyone buying a home or in need of an inspection.
