HORRIBLE Experience!!!! The first step in this process was to repair the grout and stain the grout and coping. The grout job was incredibly sloppy and the even filled in the expansion joints!. Next they were to stain the Kool deck and coping and instead of using the proper materials and actually staining the Kool deck they painted it with regular concrete paint. This not only left my deck extremely slippery when wet it also ruined the surface as it would need to be sandblasted off and this in turn would also remove the Kool Deck coating. Kool Deck is a epoxy finish that is used on pool decks to keep the surface cool as well as make it slip resistant. I has the appearance of knockdown texture commonly applied to drywall. The staining job was very sloppy as well they didn't tape off my screen enclosure and just slopped paint all over it. I informed Moshe (Owner) of this situation and he asked to see the issue personally and when he did he asked for the opportunity to fix it. I agreed and Moshe and his brother who did the original work came out with a sander. They were able to sand down some of the excess grout and make it smoother but when I asked they what they were going to do about the expansion joints being filled and the slippery deck they offered to put another coat of thicker paint down and smooth the joints but not remove the grout from them. By this time I had done enough research to know that you could not paint over this as paint will not stick to an Epoxy surface like Kool Deck. I received other estimates to try and remedy this situation and they all included either to put pavers over the now ruined deck or to sand off the paint which would in turn remove the Kool Deck. In the end it has cost approximately $5000 extra to repair the work that Pool Centers USA did. Buyer BEWARE
