The problem that needed repair was a sagging area in the flat roof deck that prevented water from running off the roof, allowing it to sit and eventually start leaking through to the patio.  This was pointed out during the estimate process, and we were told that "it would be best" to replace the entire roof as opposed to fixing the leaking area.  We agreed.
When the workers showed up, we showed the foreman the sagging area and he assured us it would be fixed so that water would run off and not collect on the roof.  When the manager showed up, we again discussed the sagging area, and he replied that it would take extra work to fix the sagging area, but his folks would make it so that it would no longer collect water.
The sagging area is still there, still collecting water, and while not currently leaking, it is still not right.  Further conversation with the manager led to his re-statement, "we didn't plan for extra material to fix the low spot, but we can come back and fix it for an additional charge."
As far as appearance goes, the roof tiles were removed and then replaced using three different colors of mortar, leaving a rather unprofessional look.  Debris was left on the roof, including broken tiles, a dust pan, and other trash.

They arrived on time, had the deliveries, inspection and dumptruck scheduled;  they ran like clockwork and were finished in a day.  The inspector came the next day, and all was well.  We have had a few heavy rains since then, and there are no leaks... We were very impressed with the crew's efficiency, and so far, we are extremely satisfied with every aspect of the services performed.

It was a disaster!  The job looked nice when they originally did it, but when it rained, it was raining in my living room!

I hired Petito Roofing to put down a new flat tile roof on  my home.  After putting down the new roof, they neglected to address changing the original flashing on my chimney--forcing them to come back and make a huge repair on a brand new roof.  This created a tremendous water leak in my living room in my home.

They sent out a foreman who had no idea what he was doing. I spoke to Danny of Petito Roofing who then told me that they don?t know how to fix the problem.  I then had to hire a different contractor to reinstall new flashing around my chimney, and then put back over 200 tiles that had been removed to fix this problem.  I was charged $4000 for this to be done properly.  Petito Roofing offered to reimburse me for $700.   I paid Petito Roofing in cash. 

I highly recommend staying away from this contractor because they're dishonest, untrustworthy, and a rip-off!!!
