This time it really wasn't my fault. Due to all of the severe rain-thunder-lightning storms in South Florida since mid-May, clearly something electronically and/or electrically was triggered and caused a shut-down of my mail server. I first met Marc at least 10 years ago as he was the designated installer for a new computer set-up which I had bought from an out-of-state company. Marc is exceedingly well regarded by this company. Any time in the years since, whenever I have a glitch, problem or meltdown, Marc has consistently responded to my calls. He demonstrates amazing patience, endless knowledge, and I have even be able to make him laugh a few times. He is particularly fair, considerate, and provides comfort in re-assuring you that he'll take care of the problem. And he does! Damien has been a terrific addition to staff as he adheres to the same standards and practices as Marc; they are an excellent working collaboration. I was most fortunate to have met Marc and Damien and I have been even more so in the years since whenever I have asked for their help.
