Mr. Rogers did a wonderful job with our landscaping project! He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He came to the house several times to take proper measurements (When we changed our minds). I knew exactly what the cost was going to be and he gave me a clear picture of what everything would look like. Mr. Rogers and his team did a fabulous job!

Excellent flower choice and professional service

Steve Rogers did his very best to find the special plants that I wanted. The workers were professional and coordinated with an excellent sprinkler system provider to make sure all the new plantings were covered. The results were spectacular. Good sized plants and appropriate for the sun and climate.

Steve was great. He listened to what I wanted and designed accordingly. He made president selection on plants which reviewed in person and he found the things I liked. Fast and efficient crew.

I paid to have my Calusa hand trimmed - they used an electric trimmer. So many branches are still hanging. The tips of the calusa are brown and the leaves are falling off. This will be a big issue if they donâ t Blum e back They didnâ t clean up the debris. The front hedges are uneven and only trimmed on 1 side. The back of the hedges are still sticking up The owner came to my house twice to go over the job and did not follow through with his word. As an older women I feel scammed and taken advantage of I made the big mistake of paying in advance Shame on me and shame oin Steve and his company Donâ t get fooled!

Ok quote compared to what he was initially saying but signed contract for $3175 even tho he quoted verbally front area as $850 alone if he had to haul away white rock removed but I said no haul away just put in beds adjacent saving extra cost. Multiple issues from lack of monitoring job & my having to alert to incorrect issues like lack of weed cloth under rocks & errors in initial & secondary rock purchases, wrong color &size, & due to lack of work being done as contracted. Then Steve notified me not enough rock due to miss-calculation or size of rocks but not covering areas so another $1000 required. I refused to a 30% increase due to his miss-calc. I suggested why not buy bulk rock but his heavy load truck had had an accident. His only option was bags from Home Depot. I offered he not complete out front and take $850 off original contract or buy from HD the correct rock in 1-2? grey rock for area deliver and I would do rest reducing his labor cost and we leave at that without increase or reduction in contract. He refused and said there is a delivery cost and gave me a bill for an additional $650 when he came back with more big rock laid it out and now both in back and in front has only partial coverage with weed cloth showing Thru. I told my friend at my house to give him the check I originally wrote for the contract of $3175. He was angry when he left and told me to pay whatever I wanted when I stated that we signed a contract, he miscalculated and didn?t monitor his crew which were doing a minimal and incorrect job consistently job and if the job isn?t finished as per contract i will write a review with that knowledge. I was going to give him another $200 until I found that his crew had not removed the brand new purchased rocks, which they laid down without weed cloth, but covered those rocks with the new weed cloth thus reducing the supply of rock and minimizing the quantity of rock to complete the job in both areas and causing an additional purchase of rock to complete the contracted job! Deal Breaker for me! I have to complete the work in both areas by buying more rock and deliver and spread. It?ll have to wait till I?m over my bout with pneumonia! All that being said, Steve had some tough events that started that week with his main foreman having an accident with his heavy load truck and he was stretched thin and had to delay me a day..so I was flexible some but none-the-less we all have issues and must keep in mind we are not all made of money, we all work hard! But it?s the quality of work and our due diligence and fairness that should prevail. I tried to offer other choices as I have a limited budget as I care for my 95yr old mother at home and work a 60 hr job. But I do my work and care of her with due diligence and fairness. I don?t think Steve is a bad guy but I think he dropped the ball when he hired a last minute foreman who help or monitor the workers and the workers were upset the whole time due to this and expressed it to my friend who spoke Spanish. One worker did not come back the 2nd day cause he got another job. The last minute foreman sat in the AC truck 99% of time per my friend who is my Moms Nurse. It?s no wonder the job did not get done correctly. I?m done. This all was started to provide my 95yr old Mom a memory of Africa,where I grew up, of a camp fire and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows! Had to make the back area less water usage & ponding, less mosquitos, easier to manage and install a small fire pit for that dream. Thank you for listening! Kath

super quick and efficient and knowledgeable

I really like Steve. He is quick at responding to calls, and is pleasant to work with.. I talked to 5 companies before I decided to hire Mr. Rogers. I am happy with tree removal as well as tree replacement and other landscape work, but There is a new bush that is dying as well as some sod that is struggling, so I am waiting to get those issues taken care of.

Steve and crew did a awesome job. Steve knows his stuff. Some other contractors didn't even know the names of the plants in our yard. Job was completed in 2 days. Steve has good vision and helped us decide on what was best option for the layout and space. Clean, punctual, and responsive. Front and back yard landscaping design. We even signed up for the monthly service. No worries with Mr. Rogers. You're in good hands!
