We are a State Certified and licensed Air Conditioning & Appliance plus Refrigeration company in the state of Florida CAC 1813447. We repair, service and install any brand of A/C, appliance that include washers, dryer, garbage disposal, water heaters, pool heaters stove and microwave. Our technicians are factory trained with years of experience. Our staff if very knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience, professional and courteous. Our prices are reasonable and fair. There is no service call fee if repairs are done during our visit. Our clients includes Florida Power & Light (FPL)home Warranty services, Cross Country Home Services, Assurant and many satisfied residentail and small business owners. We are a proud member of the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce. Honesty and professionalism is our integrity. We always show up.

Monar was called to re chk out an ac that wasn't working.

I had called a vendor who after evaluation stated that the control board of the air handler will need to be changed. Recommend changing air handler for 4218.00

Doubting his analysis, I called Monar. They found the connection at the circuit breaker was loose!!. Connection tightened. Ac now is working fine!!. Honest guys

As I said I have been using this company for over 20 years. I was told by several other companies that I needed my 2001 Rheem 12 SEER unit replaced & that there is a freon leak. 3 other companies came out & charged me for "Freon Fills".  I had the technician come out today to give me an estimate for a complete replacement of my now frozen & non-working AC complete with water draining down into the first floor ceiling.  He checked the system & when I turned the thermostat to the off position, the compressor & motor outside kept running. He said that did not make sense. After further investigation, he told me all I needed was a relay switch.  The freon was full in the system and the cause of the AC freezing up was that the outside compressor & motor never shut off when the temperature inside reached the desired temperature, not what 3 other companies told me was a freon leak in the system. My AC may still be nearing the end of its' useful life, but it is a relief knowing that the fix is something small. Thank you Monar for being honest now. It will pay off in the future when I DO need a completely new system!! You have another satisfied customer
