I first met Mike on my home purchase in 2009. He took his time and found several problems with the home’s structure and as a result I was able to negotiate a better deal. A year later I became a realtor and have used Mike on all my deals. I have also recommended Mike to other realtors and friends purchasing homes for both inspections and wind mitigation reports and he has never disappointed.

Excellent Work! I was very much impressed with 3 house inspections Michael Page performed for me - one in 2012 and two in 2018. From the moment I called to get a quote he was very professional, honest and thorough. He walked me through the entire process before I first used his services. At each inspection he looked through the houses thoroughly paying attention to the smallest details that I would have never noticed. He took the time to educate me about the properties, answered all of my questions and provided me advise on how to maintain the properties in good conditions for the future. Mike was extremely professional. He showed up on time and went through every inch of the structure. He took the time along the way to describe what he was doing, why he was doing it and why it was important. At the end of the inspection he took the time to go over his thoughts in private and then provided an extremely detailed report in a very timely fashion. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone purchasing a new home, and should I need these services again in the future he will certainly be the first person I call.

While we had many additions to our home that were Miami Dade hurricane approved a few were not which Michael pointed out along with recommendations. Our main issue was our garage doors that we believed were hurricane impact only to find out they were from an old code. After much investigation Michael was able to find evidence that the manufacturerer of our doors had many models retested and ours are indeed up to the impact resistant code from 2007. Thank you Michael for pursuing this for us so that we can get our A rating and best homeowners insurance rates. I highly recommend your company.

Excellent. Mr Page thoroughly inspected the roof, structure, all openings, and likely a bunch of things I’ve never seen or thought about. He was very polite and professional, and his visit was low effort and no stress for us. He took notes and generated a comprehensive, easy to understand report. Upon submission to our insurance company, we quickly received an $800 rebate for premiums paid in the current year, and we are receiving a full mitigation discount going forward.

Mike was very attentive and quick to respond. He was very professional and meticulous. Very well. I have used Mike Page for over 20 years. He is thorough and professional. The report is given to me in a clear concise e-mail. He shows up exactly on time, and takes extra time to show me important items and explain things clearly to me.

Mike did a great job and was very patient when it turned out on our first try that the unit that we wanted to inspect was not accessible because of poor communication between tenant and owner. Mike had to make a second trip and was professional and thorough with the inspection. He was prompt in providing detailed inspection report that I was able to forward and utilize to facilitate the negotiation. Would have liked to have him complete follow-on air quality testing resulting from identified prior water damage but all in all he did a great job.

We are moving.  The Mike did an awesome job on the inspection.  He is extremely thorough.  In addition to doing the home inspection to move in he also did the wind mitigation and 4 point inspection all at once.  The report was easy to read and understand.  Awesome job!  Even though we didn't buy the house because the contract fell through, Mike was still willing to work with us on our second home.  

My husband and I were in contract to purchase a home and needed an inspection. Michael was available within 2 days of my initial call. He arrived on time and began promptly to inspect the home. He was very thorough and had the reports ready in about 2-3 days. I would recommend his company to others.
