Michael showed up right on time and looked over the carpets to determine what had to be done. There is no doubt this man knows his stuff. A thorough cleaning was done and I am totally satisfied with price and job. Michael is definitely a professional in his business and demeanor. I would not hesitate to call Mike for other services that his business offers.

They worked with my schedule and they called on the appointment day before coming which I find very important in communicating with the customer. Good. Had really spotty carpet and not all spots came out. I did not move one chair and he did not clean under it. Did not notice that until he left. I understand from paper work that he moves only light furniture. But he didn'[t even ask.

It went well. My driveway has an unfortunate depression that collects water and thus cannot be cleaned (unless water can be made to run uphill). No other cleaner has been able to do much to clean that spot, either. My garage has a regular person door on the side, with a doorknob, deadbolt lock, and a light overhead. (That is, it's not one of those blank utility doors that only opens from the inside.) It opens onto a large concrete slab that also holds the air compressor. The slab badly needed cleaning, probably even more than the walk up to the front door. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to mention it!! I certainly can't fault Michael for not noticing this disconnected, but real, sidewalk. It wasn't until the balance of the job was done and Michael had left that I finally remembered why I kept thinking that I'd missed something. I certainly wasn't about to call him to come back and do that side slab, especially since it was my fault that he hadn't know about it! I called another cleaning service and had them come out for just that garage slab, and to see if they could do anything about that water-collecting depression. (It's still hopeless.)

He showed up on time. He did a good job on the rugs. I don't think his job of re-grouting one of my shower stalls is holding up. The grout is starting to come out. He seemed professional. He had his son with him. I would use him again for cleaning the carpets.

He was prompt and professional. He encountered some equipment problems and had to leave before done, but as promised, returned the next morning to complete the job.

It was phenomenal. I can't speak highly enough of him. I've hired him in the past to do work at my mother's home. When Michael was there he handled the work with care and professionalism. I trusted him with my mother, which means a lot. My landlord was blown away with the condition of my carpets when I moved out and she actually wanted his information.

Michael called ahead for the evaluation and arrived on time. He cleaned my Oriental carpet which was filthy, (I have 3 dogs) .The carpet smelled and the colors were not obvious anymore. He delivered the carpet back to me in almost new condition. The colors were clear and bright. The job he did was amazing. A+++. He also pressure washed my patio and fence. They both looked new after he was done. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

Michael was early, polite and came the same day I called (had an urgency issue). I would definitely hire again.

Michael was great. Worked us into his schedule in time for the holidays. Showed up, worked quickly, and carpets look great. Thought his price was very reasonable.

Did not show up when scheduled, did not call me to tell me he could not be there on the appointed date. I had to call him to find out why he didn't show up, and he told me he was too busy with another job. He showed up the following day. He left without saying good bye or I am done. Left the garage door and screen door to the laundry room open.

Michael was extremely professional and a hard worker.
