Mi-Lor Casual

Excellent communication from the first phone call: receptive, polite,answered my questions and sent me an estimate.  Picked up the furniture; we discussed what kind of finish should be applied.  He returned the table & chairs today in perfect condition, beautifully refinished and looking, frankly, better than when I purchased them 10 yrs ago.  They had oxydized and rusted; Michael restored them perfectly.  Came to Coral Gables for pick up and delivery (he charged extra for that).  I would absolutely call upon him again in the future.  Great experience, totally professional.

Michael was very responsive and very polite. Simply a pleasure to work with. I sent pics at his request of furniture to be redone as requested. My outdoor furniture needed strapping replacement and repainting. It was purchased after Hurricane Andrew so it was in very poor shape. I was unable to find replacement furniture that was on the same par so I was very pleased to find and read reviews of such a positive nature about Mi-Lor.
Although it was pricey, I figure to replace all of it would cost more and I really enjoy this furniture so figured it was worth repairing.
Michael dropped off the 6 pieces today and they look brand-spanking new!!! I couldn't be happier !!!!! he picked up as promised ON TIME and delivered BACK ON TIME as promised !!

The company picked up the chairs and returned them approx. three weeks later in very good condition. They did charge for pickup and delivery as their place of business was some distance from my home. The quality of their work was worth it as I have been looking for someone to repair these chairs in a timely manner. This Mi-Lor Casual did and I would use them again.

Worked with Mike. Emailed pictures of the chair bases and then discussed what Mike was going to do to repair. I provided him with the model and vendor. He was able to match the color from this information. Mike picked up and delivered the chairs in the general time frame he promised. I am extremely pleased not only with the service but the finished product.

I found Mi-Lor Casual online. The initial phone call was great, the representative, Mike, was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to refinish the frames and gave them new paint as well as applying new vinyl. The finished product looked better than new. When we went to the office, Mike gave me a tour of the manufacturing facility, which was amazing. I enjoy seeing the employees actually produce the frames, paint and finish the furniture. While I was at the office, I saw a collection which matched our current set and patio, so we purchased those pieces as well. Between our old furniture looking brand new and the new furniture matching our patio, my family and I are extremely happy. I am so glad I found them online. I would recommend Mi-Lor Casual to anyone looking to have their old outdoor furniture refurbished or purchase new furniture.
