I have worked with Nick Univarosan for over 7 years. He has remodeled bathrooms in my primary home and my vacation home. This included an entire demolition as well as assisting with the selection of replacement cabinetry, plumbing and tile. He brings incredible european craftsmanship to each job and is sure to complete each job before moving on to the next one. I am SO delighted with the remodel Nick did. He works with the eye of an artist and the skill of a fine craftsman. He patiently guided me through the design, had recommended suppliers at all price points, and took care of all the deliveries. Throughout the project, you could see Nick's pride in his work. His joy and enthusiasm was contagious. On top of that, Nick was easy to have around - like having family in the construction business. I consider myself so lucky to have found him.
