MCS Cleaning

They are frauds. A woman named Gal came off as very nice and helpful. I told her everything that needed to be done for cleaning—essentially top to bottom, inside out—which she said was no problem. I even sent her a list of specifics. She was eager to do it. She called two hours later to say they were done and she made me stay on the phone with her to make sure she received the Zelle( by the way, don't do this for payment, as you can't stop it if necessary and have no recourse with the bank). I said the cleaning seemed fast and she assured me that four people were there cleaning. When I got there, the place was still dirty- untouched appliances, filthy cabinets, filthy fans, dirty water-streaked floors, unvacuumed corners- essentially, it was half done. I took pictures of everything, called and texted...nothing. I just don't get it. Stay clear!
