We moved out of state due to work transfer and wanted to sell our house. We found Laura on Angie's list after a bad experience with another realtor. Laura guided us through the process and made things very easy. All of our dealings were over the phone and still we felt very comfortable with her. Within 2 weeks of putting the property on the market, we got an offer that was close to what the house appraised for at the time.
We decided to take the house off the market and rent it for a number of years. She then jumped right in and found a number of potential tenants. She offered us great advice and was very honest in her opinions of the potential tenants. It took about a month to find the people that we both felt comfortable with and they have turned out to be the right people. They look after the property and take great care of it. Her advice was the key to our positive result. Don't look any further, use Laura Norat!
