I purchased a Groupon for multiple visits. This was a horrible experience to say the least. First of all Mario the owner of the company has no customer service skills. He was rude and very unpleasant to deal with. The house cleaning services were very basic service.
I left messages for L&L and they never called back. I finally kept calling and Mario finally answered the phone. I booked 3 dates with him and he confirmed the dates back to me. They never arrived on time. On the last visit they were scheduled to come to me on a Saturday. He came the Monday prior and we were out of town. I found calls from him on my caller ID and a business card on my door when we returned home. I called him and he actually answered the phone on my second try. He yelled at me and told me that we had a scheduled cleaning for the Monday he showed up here. I told him it was for Saturday and he told me I was never scheduled for Saturday. He told me he would not be able to fit me in for at least a week. I told him I would call him back. I immediately called Groupon and told them the situation. My Groupon had serveral more visits left on it. They refunded the amout of the groupon back to my credit card and apologized for the inconvience. I would not recomend L&L to anyone.
