+ -1 morear as we're concerned, she walks on water!It went exceedingly well! She claimed for expenses we never considered that were necessary to put our home back together after a massive flood. She got down on the floor (literally) and saw places where water had damaged that were a potential mold problem. She kept us informed all the way and was a tremendous help at a really stressful time. Because of her, we had enough money to put everything back together the way it was, and we're very grateful to have had her expertise. If not for her, we would have had to come out of pocket a huge amount of money. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
Description of Work: Kelly comes into your home and assesses the damage from your claim. She's a public insurance adjuster who had many years on the other side of the business, so she understands the ins and outs of how insurance companies work. It's only to her advantage to get us as much money as we're entitled to for our claim as she's working on a percentage basis.

Description of Work: Inspected my bathroom for damage from water leak, represented me for a claim with my insurance company to ensure that I receive the maximum allowed by law, provider takes a commission percent as the cost of doing business.
