Bill repaired my grandfather clock that had much sentimental value for me. He is the perfect blend of professionalism and hometown friendliness. He does a great job of explaining what needs to be done and why and even gave me great pointers on continual care for the grandfather clock and a mantel clock. Highly recommend his service.
