Joe & Joe A/C is absolutely THE BEST and MOST HONEST company with whom we have ever done business. I found them by accident when one of our residents was getting the run-around by their A/C company, telling them they needed to change their unit. I contacted this family run company and, low and behold, Joe, the owner, showed up. In 15 minutes he not only had her air conditioning unit working, he clearly told her she did NOT need a new unit. We have 4 high-rise buildings and after that experience, we hired Joe & Joe as our service company. Our residents crossed paths with their technicians and to date, they must have installed 50 A/C systems for our residents, and not one of them is unhappy, and all passed inspection the first time. This poor excuse for a company installed an air conditioning unit which failed inspection by the city of Boca Raton three times. They were rude unresponsive and did shoddy work . Never again.

Joe and his team were very punctual, communication was good, and installation was completely worry free.  They gave an estimate and did the work within the scheduled time frame.  Very satisfactory.
