Everything went beautifully. I spoke with Jay to arrange an appointment. He very clearly answered all of my questions. Then, Octavio came out --- and directly on-time, I might add --- and did an expert job as he installed my new faucet and my new pair of valves, and was extremely professional, in the process. A rock-solid Thumbs Up to both Jay and Octavio.
