I can't give a recommendation of their work because they didn't have to do anything. They deserve credit for having come out here promptly on time, they looked at everything and said, "We don't want to take your money because we're not the right company for this." and explained to us what we needed to get done and explained the kind of company, the waterproofing type of company that we need to contact to do it. Even though they didn't do any work, the definitely deserve a good rating for being honest. The guy and his wife came out, they scheduled an appointment, they were here exactly on time, they are very pleasant and it was nice that instead of running off in circles, they immediately diagnosed what the problem was and they're not the right company to do this and they gave us some guy and said what we could be doing. They said the house isn't old enough to need their kind of work yet but I kept their card and I said that I will call them. What we needed for this week was just for waterproofing company, not a foundation repair.

Bud and Penny arrived exactly on time and explained that the cracks that were not due to foundation issues, but settling of the floor slab. I so appreciate their honesty and willingness to share their knowledge and experience. Good people! I highly recommend Intercounty Foundation!

Punctual, prompt and courteous. Very professional. Gave me a simpler (obviously less expensive) way to handle any issues he saw. Would absolutely hire him without question.

When he first came to look he told us he wasn't sure he could so something. He said he would think about it and call us back. About a week later he told came back and told me the problem was some pipes coming off the side of the house that were draining all the soil from the bottom of the foundation. He told us he could do something that would cost us $5000 - $7000 but it wouldn't really solve the problem. Bud pointed me in the right direction to getting some drainage pipes rerouted.
I believe Bud could have bent the truth to get us to buy from him and cost us huge amounts. He came out twice and spoke to me and my wife. He spent a total of two hours with us and didn't charge us anything. I am sure many people on here know many providers charge just to show up. He was honest, direct and helpful. If I do need any work done in the future I will definately use Bud.

After a long search- apparently not a whole lot of folks do this type of work- we were able to get several estimates. Bud gave us a fair price, provided manufacturer information on materials, presented long term solutions to our sinking deck issue. he took the time to explain. He provided insurance and refferances with out hesitation. His team busted their tails to get it done and done right. I was very impressed with how hard these folks worked.I would definitely use them again, I just pray I will never need them again.
