Made appointment with Sean for estimate and he did not show. He did call 4 hours later.

Outstanding - Sean Faga is an excellent contractor and is well versed in all areas of construction. He is very patient and understanding and offers sound opinions about what will and won't work. He has assembled a crew of hard worker who are polite and responsible - they take care of your home as if it was their home. I highly recommend Sean and his business. Very responsive and caring.

they were always on time and did what they said they were going to do. they were clean and respected the rest of my house where they were not performing any work. they had good design suggestions but were not pushy if I wasn't interested in there ideas. when they finish there wasn't a whole bunch of extra charges like I've had with prior contractors. even with a part of my house all torn apart, they made it as pleasant as it possibly could have been.

the company: Green Building Tech: They showed up for the appointment on time, where quite a few other places I contacted were late or didn't show up at all. They were very knowledgeable, and helped me to make a decision with the design ideas, that were cost effective, and to fit my budget. There product lines are expensive which help enormously in the decision process. They were very professional and courteous. They were very organized as well as the work was being performed. They finished in about the time they said they would although there were a couple matters they had to address that we're unforeseen and were very fair with those matters. Their entire crew were plight and keeps the job sight clean. The overall finish of the work and the products exceeded my expectations. I have since recommended them to several of my friends and colleagues.
