We purchased a house and have been remodeling. The pool had gone unused for a few months. They came out and did a full assessment and cleaning. We also hired them for ongoing cleaning. They have been very responsive and have helped get our pool ready for when we move in

I'm happy to recommend Vale and his team for the excellent work they have been doing in my pool. After jumping from company to company for many years, I finally found one that I can trust. I exercise in my pool twice a week and the pool water is always healthy and ready for my routine.

I am glad to write this review because I have had an excellent experience with Family Pool Cleaning. For the past two years this company has cleaned my pool every week and I am never surprised with the bill. Val started to clean my parents' pool back in 2008. After I got married, he started to clean my pool as well. He's such a family guy. We feel like we have known him forever. Simply the best service in town.

It went great! I called them early one morning. Joyce answered the phone and rearranged one of her pool guy's route for that day. He came to my house that same morning, and did a wonderful job cleaning it. I would definitely call them again.

They were Pools by Val and they just sold their book of clients to this company, that was working under them and now they work under a different name. I don’t have a problem with them since they are very, very nice, which is why I am recommending them. They do their work right. They are very pleasant. They come on the day that they are supposed to, they come in and they do it. For punctuality sake, they don’t have a specific time when they arrive but whatever time they get, they always show up on Mondays and do their job. If I have extra issues with the pool, like replacing part and stuff, they come and take of all my pool care needs. So I am very happy with them.
