I really can't rate the work because he never did any. Value for our money would be negative as we lost our money. Customer service would be zero because he doesn't answer calls or show up. (names removed) and the various LLCs (Down Right Remodeling, Modern Laid Flooring LLC, Paradise Flooring & More LLC, Baltodano FLooring & More LLC) he's opened and closed to avoid getting caught is a fraud, liar, and thief. We also discovered that after we lost thousands of dollars, he has a police record and judgment against him. His MO is to give a bogus estimate with falsified documents that state he has a contractor license, warranty, and workers compensation insurance. He then gets an advance of 50% labor and 100% material upfront. He will tell you he is a single dad; his wife left him and shows you pictures of his kids. After several weeks of no shows and excuses ranging from sick kids, no babysitter, flat tires, and employee emergencies, he disappears with your money and no work to show for it. The lesson here is to do your own homework, don't rely on online services or good reviews, and get referrals from friends who have experience with their contractor. Walter is a pro at conning people, and I hope this never happens to anyone else.

Contract was provided but not signed. When we reviewed the documents provided to verify the company. The documents were falsified. We asked them not to continue the work and asked for a refund which they agreed. We have not received the refund as of yet.

Hiring this company was one of the best decision of my life, I showed him so examples of what I wanted and he didnâ t try to up sell me or anything. He gave me with honest recommendations and showed me examples of work he has done for other clients, and we agree on an amazing design at an awesome price. My wife was extremely happy with the work. Customer service was amazing, provide me updates with pictures every step of the way. For any future projects I may have I will definitely reach out to this company.
