Coral Springs Sprinkler Repair

Billy was recommended by a neighbor who has the best yard in my area. He was early and was my third estimate. His price was fair…….I was trying to hire someone from an earlier estimate but he never returned my texts. This is a family owned company and we like to support local businesses. He replaced a timer for us and sprinkler check/repair. Will be recommending him.

My rating is based upon my experience with Billy at CS Sprinkler Repair: a) Inability to correctly diagnose a problem b) High pricing c) Lack of pride in workmanship (leaving a job without testing work) d) Lack of professionalism and integrity I called CS sprinkler repair because two of my six zones were not working. Billy promptly came the next day and said that the index and electric valve need to be replaced. He charged $380, which was high considering the parts only cost a third of this. Because I don’t have the time or expertise I trusted his diagnosis and paid to have the work done. A few days later I turn on the sprinklers and the problem was still there! I called Billy and he came the next day. He admitted to NOT testing the system after he changed the valves and was apologetic. He found that the real issue was that an uprooted tree (Hurricane Irma) had broken a line, so pressure could not build up in the zones. He agreed to come back after I get the stump and roots removed at no additional charge. After I got everything cleared out, I called Billy multiple times and he never responded. I finally used a different phone number and not surprisingly he picked up and said he would get around to it by the end of the week. His lack of response to my messages indicates that he has no intention of ever coming back to complete the work.

paid him over $200 to do the worst job he needed a boat to go into the lake but never came with one and never went to get one. an amateur could have done a better repair. I did question him about not refloating the suction line but he said it was not necessary. the system has been in the lake 15 years that way and pulled out 2 times for cleaning and repair never had any one doing such bad work and expecting to get paid

Guy came out when he said he would, no issue there. After review, I was told he could fix it and I gave the go-ahead. When he was done,he said he changed a fitting that fixed the leak....but not to run the sprinklers for a few hours until the glue set. I left for vacation the next day and upon my return noticed that the leak was still there and as bad as before. Over the next week, I called twice and asked them to return my call and come out to inspect the work and fix it. No response. I refuse to leave more than 2 very clear messages. If the company refuses to return my call, then I will take my business elsewhere to a company that stands behind its work.

He came at the appointed time, was able to schedule the work for later that day.  He returned at that time and quickly, efficiently performed repairs.  He also was able to recommend a solution for us to use to remove the staining from our white fence.

He cleaned up any mess and the sprinklers work perfectly now! 

I would definitely use him again and I have recommended to others who have also been very happy with him
