Roof - Clean
Customer service was great, prompt efficient, professional.Dan the technician was great, thorough and meticulous and on time.Did all I asked. I have no trouble in giving a 5 star rating to this company.

I usually get my roof pressure cleaned every 2 years. After reading all the wonderful reviews on Yelp and Angi's I hired them to do my roof, driveway, walkway/front porch, patio, and pool enclosure. A couple of details were missed and the tech had to come back and I had to pay additional fees to get the job done satisfactorily on the return visit. I was OK with this. However, it's now 11 months later and I got a notice from my HOA that my roof needs to be cleaned again. I've never had a roof cleaning last such a short time! for this reason, I will be looking to hire a different company. I will say that Beverly was a pleasure to deal with at the office. The company is lucky to have such a friendly employee in charge of their first impressions.

Badly. They quoted a price of $375.00 for cleaning with chemical (chlorine) without viewing the job in person. Tech shows up and advises that he cannot pressure clean because of brittle tiles, but misted the roof with just chemical. They charged the same $375.00 telling my they had to use more chemical despite fact that chlorine is exceedingly inexpensive. I am left with is a dirty roof and partially killed lawn and foliage. Total ripoff.

"I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with the service you received, There are times when roof tiles are so completely worn from age that pressure cannot be used to complete the cleaning process. In this case chemical is used to clean and may not be 100% effective again due to the age of the tile. Also we were given permission to go ahead with the chemical cleaning at the same cost as pressure cleaning prior to starting any work. As far as burned grass or shrubs all of our technicians water all areas affected by chemical prior to and after the cleaning process, also customers are instructed to turn sprinklers on after the technician has left the job which is also on all estimates received by customers, had this been done there would not be any burned gras or shrubs. Again I'm sorry the customer had a bad experience and don't believe our company deserved an 'F' rating as we strive for excellence and take pride in all our work. End result is the customer needs a new roof!"

Everything from the moment I called Beverly through the arrival of Jason to do the work couldn't have been better. The work itself was better and quicker than we've had with other companies in the past. Love the results and a good price for the quality and care not to damage a single screen.

We had such a wonderful and easy experience with Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning! We e-mailed to inquire about services and heard back within 1-2 hours. We scheduled the cleaning the following week and they sent a text reminder and showed up right when they said they would. We would definitely hire them and recommend them!

Overall they did a very good job. There was an issue with the sides of the house and some areas in the back that were missed, but the customer service at this company is excellent. The kind and professional office manager sent the technician back to finish the next day. I would not hesitate to use this company again for pressure cleaning my house!
