Best Price A/C showed up on time and was able to discover the issue where other companies had failed. I even told the others what I thought was the issue and it turns out I was correct. I did not tell Best Price A/C my diagnosis because after the others repeatedly told me that I was wrong I began to believe them. When Best Price A/C said it was the fan motor I knew the issue would soon be resolved. Best Price worked after dark and in the mosquitoes.
If I had to come up with something that I would like to see different it would be their voice mail. Their voice mail says they will call you back in 15 minutes which is a very high standard, but they take up to an hour to call you back. I think an hour is a reasonable time to return a call, but they set the 15 minute expectation. So, if they do not call back in 15 minutes, they are worth the 45 minute (or so) wait.
Based on what the other companies quoted me, Best Price A/C saved me between $500 and $2700. I am very pleased with the results provided by Best Price A/C and I will certainly use them again.
