Paid for a complete new AC system. After the installation I was still having a problem with the house cooling evenly so I called them to have someone look at the ducts in the attic. I waited a month and no one called me back. Extremely disappointed.

After doing research I decided on Best Air and I have no regrets. The in house personnel (Tiffany and owner Ray) was friendly and helpful. Chris was exceptional, the technicians were on time, their work was neat and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

We solicited three quotes, including one from Best Air, which we've been using to service our AC in our current house and also in our previous home. The other two service companies were competitive on price, but they give a hard sell (which can be annoying) and work on volume (quantity vs. quality). We like working with Chris at Best Air, who is straightforward and delivers quality work. He came out and supervised the technicians during the installation, and so far, it's been running smoothly.

Still have not received my corrected Comfort Plan Contract. They were here several times for something that could have been corrected the first trip. January 2017 they were here to install the correct Heat Kit. They had install the wrong one. I had no heat.

I selected Best Air because I have been a customer of theirs for the last 20 years. They originally installed the A/C that was being replaced. They also had one of the lowest prices and gave me a 5 year labor warranty. Best Air was on time, got the install done in about 4 fours. The owner even came to check up on his employees and actually help do the install.

Purchased unit new from Best Air in June of 2004.  Have used Best Air continuously since then for regular annual tune-ups.
Unit iced up in Oct. 2013.  Air handler not working so called Best Air.  The technician arrived on time and did testing with me watching and told me that the fan motor controller was bad.  I indicated from my knowledge of motors and A/C (formerly in the heat pump manufacturing business) that it appeared the motor had bad windings.  Technician persisted.  He called his office for the controller part and was told it could not be available until the next day.  I indicated I would need to call someone else to assure we had A/C over night.  At that point he called his office and was told to go pick up the part at the distributor.  He did so, arriving back at my residence around 5:00pm.  He installed the new motor controller and the tested the unit.  Surprise!  The motor did not function and he then determined that the motor had bad windings (sound familiar).  Told me they would get it fixed the next day.  Again, I stated that I would need to call another company who could get me up and running that evening.  He called his office and I was able to speak to the office manager.  They eventually decided that he should bring the failed air handle assembly back o the shop.  He did so and returned with a loaner air handler assembly which was installed and worked.  They returned the next day and swapped out the loaner for my unit with a new motor.  They charged me $475.00 for the repair, arguing that no warranties pertained.
Fast forward to March, 2014.  I called Best Air to do my annual tune-up and they set a date.  Called me a day before saying they had a bigger service job to do and re-scheduled for a week later.  Called me a day before and again they had a higher paying servide job available and indicated they must take that call.  Re-scheduled.  When they called and re-scheduled again, I indicated I would find another company that was more service oriented, and di so for my tune-up.
Now, in June of 2014, I was today looking at my original A/C purchase paperwork from Best Air for some information relating to a mini-split A/C system I want to install in a family room.  To my surprise, I found a nice letter from Best Air, sent to me subsequent to my original purchase in June of 2004, thanking me for my purchase and reminding me that my new equipment carries a two year guarantee on labor from Best Air and a ten year manufacturer's warranty from Trane on my equipment parts.  I am frustrated that Best Air took advantage of us, charging for replacement parts within the warranty period, and hence decided to write this late review.

AC unit working fine, however cane to learn months later that unit not attached to roof (commercial building) in safe manner. City came out to check something else on roof and cited work as dangerous. Unit would fly off roof in hurricane. Biggest point of contention is Best Air's refusal to make it right. Chris came out and wants to charge $800 + roofing to put the unit on the stand that they should have done in the first place. Can't get a call from Ray the owner. Would never do business with them again. Low balled job and didn't inform us that there were necessary elements missing from the job. Not an ethical way to do business.
It's a shame Ray operates this way. His service person John is the best, but would never use them again!

THEY SAID THEY WILL BE AT 9:00 AM BUT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL  9:45 AM THATS WHY I GAVE THEM "B" INSTEAD OF "A". OTHERWISE THEY DID A GOOD JOB THEY ARE DONE BY 4:00 PM.
WHILE THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE CRANE COMPANY TO COMES IN THE TECHNICIAN WAS ALREADY REMOVING THE OLD UNIT AND INSTALLING THE NEW ONE. NO TIME IS BEING WASTE.
AFTER THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED, AC WAS TESTED AND WORKING PRETTY GOOD BUT NEGLECTED TO CHECK THE HEATER. SO WHEN THE FPL COMES TO INSPECT THE UNIT, HEATER WAS BLOWING COLD AIR.
FPL INSPECTOR CALLED THEM AND AT THE SAME DAY BEST AIR CALLED ME AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO CHECK THE HEATER.  APPARENTLY IT WAS JUST THE CORD IN THE HEATER NOT PLUG IN ALL THE WAY IN. 

CHRIS , WIFE CALLED ME MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WITH THE AC IS WORKING OK , THIS REALLY SHOWS
THE COMPANY THAT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE.

Called after selecting Best A/C from Angie's list. The dispatcher thought it would take 4+ hours to get to me, but since I needed to get to work, they were able to get John here within 1 hour. Very pleasant and capable individual, completed repair quickly.

Chris came out, looked our system over and told us he would get a price to us by the next day, which he did. He wasn't the lowest, but not the highest. We had had some experience with Best Air before, so we decided to go with him. He explained how much of a rebate we would get from the power company and how much we could expect on our tax credit. Our utility bills will go down, too, because this unit is Energy Star rated. The work crew arrived on time on Monday of the next week. They introduced themselves and got right to work. They worked straight through until the job was done and cleaned up nicely. They checked our ducts for leaks and fixed anything that needed it. Chris came by about half-way through to check on the job and we paid him at that time. He didn't ask to be paid before the job was done, but, since he was there, we offered. We are very pleased with our new unit.

My very old air conditioner had stopped working and we decided to replace it. The technician who was here to check out my old unit, got me a price quote on a new A/C. It was a very reasonable price. They came to replace it 2 days later. The 2 technicians arrived on time. They started working right away, and were very professional. All in all they did an excellent job. I have been using this company for my A/C repairs for a few years now, and I highly recommend them!

This company was excellent. I called on Saturday for someone to come to my house on Monday. I was told that they could confirm me between 8:00 and 8:50 am on Monday. That was perfect. Monday morning around 7:45 the technician called to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional. He thoroughly looked at the air conditioner to determine the cause of the leaking. He did everything possible to make sure that he cleared the source of the blockage that was causing the leaking. He also found another problem with the insulation that he fixed. He didn't try to sell me anything else. He was honest and fixed what needed to be fixed. I would absolutely use this company again!

They were able to fix it and they checked the rest of the unit was operating correctly. They were very prompt and they came out right away. The man who came our was courteous and friendly. He was fast and got the work done.
