I am extremely disappointed with the warranty service provided by Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning. In 2023, I had a brand new 5-ton HVAC system installed in my home by this company. As of today, the system is completely non-functional. I immediately called their customer service line at (888) 835-5278 and spoke with a representative named Nikki. She confirmed that the unit is under warranty but informed me that no technician is available for the next four days. I live in South Florida, where daytime temperatures reach 91°F. Being without air conditioning for four days in these conditions is not only uncomfortable—it’s potentially unsafe. What’s most concerning is that this delay appears to be linked to the fact that it’s a warranty (non-revenue) service call. I strongly believe that if I were paying for service out of pocket, a technician would have been dispatched immediately. This gives the impression that they are deprioritizing warranty obligations in favor of paid work. I am now forced to seek help from another provider and incur additional expenses just to get the system running again—despite having a valid warranty. I chose this company based on its reputation, but this experience has seriously undermined my trust in their service. I am requesting that Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning honor their warranty in a timely manner and ensure that customers are not penalized or ignored simply because they are not paying out of pocket.

We had a water heater installed around February 2025, and everything was fine until we tried to use the air conditioning after cold front. When we had another company come and fix the A.C. and they discovered that when the water heater was installed the electrical cable to the A.C. was cut. That service call cost $256. We contacted Art many times to see if they could give us a partial refund. It was a Nightmare, and they never refunded anything. They said a refund would take 5 to 7 business days after many calls and a lot of poor communication. This was an Expensive install, and they made it a lot more expensive with their careless tech. They promised a partial refund and we Never got anything.

I purchased an AC unit from ART Plumbing AC & Electric in December 2022. The unit that was purchased from ART Plumbing AC & Electric and installed by ART Plumbing AC & Electric has turned out to be the worse mistake ever. This unit is only a year and a half old but has had multiple breakdowns. ART technicians advised to add equipment to the unit to improve its functionality so I did for thousands of more dollars. I relied on their good faith service and recommendations which turns out to be a crock. Their looking to charge clients more money...that's ART's primary goal. The AC unit was not cooling the house (temperature was 89 degrees inside the house) so an ART technician, Keith Bua, finally shows up at the house on Saturday, July 27th, 2024. He finds no refrigerant in the unit indicating a leak. Keith Bua recommends replenishing the refrigerant and shooting a sealant in the outside unit to hopefully seal the leak. He and ART charged me $1,597 for the appointment. On Monday, July 29th, 2024, the unit was again not cooling the house (inside temperature was 80 degrees on Monday morning). After pleading with ART for service, they deploy another technician, Bryan Gonzalez, Thursday, August 1st, who locates the leak but cannot fix it. ART wants to charge $378 for locating a leak and replenishing the refrigerant again. But the leak hasn't been repaired...insane! Everyone at ART Plumbing is always sorry but nobody ever calls back. I have to keep calling incessantly and plead for assistance to fix the defective AC unit they sold me. I am so discouraged about the deceitful customer service ART Plumbing has displayed but have no choice but to hang on until they hopefully fix the problem. Of course, with more outrageous charges. Where is the ethics, honesty, and professionalism... I don't see it in ART. ART Plumbing AC & Electric touts its size and thousands of satisfied clients. I'm not one of them. I will continue to update my horrible experience with ART in every medium I can find. UPDATE: No parts, no repair, the agony continues. This is brutal.

Art installed our A/C unit. It came with a 10 year warranty. After about 2 years, the fan died on the unit. They said, "no problem", the part is under warranty. THEY CHARGED US $850 to replace the fan FOR LABOR. This kind of pricing makes the warranty totally useless and destroys any credibility with ART Plumbing. STAY AWAY

I used Art Plumbing, AC and Electric to . The job was done on May 5th and not completed. I received an invoice but knowing they were coming back to finish the job I chose not to pay the invoice. The following day I realized that they had charged my card on file in full. Two and a half months later, after several techs have come to "finish" the job it is still not completed. In the last two weeks they have not shown up for two appointments, called to reschedule two more the day of the appointment and called after my service window on another. I have been waiting over 75 days since I paid my invoice in full for this job to be completed and today was the 5th missed appointment in the last two weeks. I have purchased three hot water heaters from Art, one AC unit and have been enrolled in their annual preventative maintenance plan since 2015 but apparently my business means so little to Art that they can not even find the time to not only finish the job I paid for but I can't even get a Supervisor to speak with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the horrible service I have received and the run-around they have given me for the last 75+ days and counting.

they overprice the services!!! Unfortunately I even thought on asking the cost because the tank was on warranty and all I need was get it replaced. They charged me 1300$ just for the services and as I decided don’t do with them because the amount was just ridiculous high they asked me to pay 250$ for declining on the job. Doesn’t work for nothing the office because they take longer to answer and then they say the negotiation is with the technician! They insist to sign up for their warranty to have a discount but their invoice doesn’t show any discount and the warranty is just to have waived visit fee and replace few things if necessary that doesn’t even cover the 99$ for the warranty services charged. Please check prices @ before asking them to come over.

These guys are great and very attentive to detail. Dj, Troy and Jason all came to my luxury condo in where the toilet had a clog in the pipes in the wall. Had maintenance come to repair it and they even changed the toilet to a new one. Art plumbing came and detected the problem right away, what was needed with no nonsense. Dj, Troy and Jason all knew how clean I keep my apartment and they made sure to cover the floors and any service that could get wet. They even made sure all the bathroom floor was clean and wiped. They left the work area perfect. I am very happy with the men that work for this company. The work was A+ but cleaning up which many don't do they did perfect. If you need someone this is the company you need to call. Michael L Delray Beach FL

First of all, if Zero stars is an option, I would rate them as ZERO. We communicated with Cindy, techs Jomel and Leon came to our home due to an overflow of a toilet. Jomel came first and presented me the invoice of $887 with an explanation of - if the issue will not be resolved, we do not pay them anything - before doing the job. They started to snake the toilet and cameras to the pipes and Leon came explaining to me that they can’t continue going through the pipes further because something is blocking it. It was outside near a tree. Leon said it might be the root of a tree blocking the pipe and causing the clog. He then said they can dig to clarify the issue but that would be a different invoice and would cause $4500 and we need permit from the HOA since the land is not within our property. Long story short, the issue was not resolved and so I called Cindy and ask if we atleast should get a refund since the issue was not resolved. Waited for 2 days because she said she needs to talk to the manager. Then I received a voicemail (screenshot below) from Cindy saying they will refund the full amount of $887. I called them today and followed up since I haven’t received any check. Spoke to Ariel and he is claiming that there was no approved refund and they will not do it. What happened to what Cindy told me? Why would she say that if it wasn’t approved? In the end, they offered a 25% refund but my point is if I did not follow up today, I was literally waiting for nothing. Cindy’s word has no credibility? Do not promise anything to your clients without communicating amongst yourselves. Ariel, like I told you, I understand that you work for your company but think about your clients point of view too. Art plumbing mostly have good reviews, I am not sure if this particular location where Cindy, Ariel, Leon and Jomel works at is not a good one. Very disappointing, this is our first time dealing with this company and maybe the last. You should start changing your phone greeting of “Art Plumbing, how can we make you smile today?” Because you definitely did not make us smile.

This company is currently working with Home Depot for installation purposes, which is how I came to use them. My plumber was Ivan Ternyuk and he was excellent. Very polite, personable, and professional. He explained what he was going to do, all the possible scenarios that he might encounter during installation, and kept me appraised of the progress he was making. He also was extremely clean, which I greatly appreciated. He wore shoe coverings when entering the house, and left my bathroom thoroughly tidy after finishing the job. The toilet was installed perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ivan again and recommend him without reservation. Excellent job!

I called about 9am, frantic because my regular guy wasn't available.  The dispatcher was Dave and the we got a window between 10-12 on a saturday  They then called at 10.39 and because i didnt call back immediately, they sent the next available guy someplace else in stead of me.  I The contractor doing my kitchen repairs said we needed the angle stops replaced so he could tear out the sink and cabinet and then hook it back up temporarily while we await new cabinets. The old valves were crumbling so our need was urgent. I called them three times,10:58, 11:38, and 12:33  wanting to know where my guy was and was told different platitudes until I got a bit hissy with them. Stephanie was very pleasant  and did her best to find things out- finally I got David in dispatch again but I dont think dispatch is reasonable in setting expectations correctly. I had a contractor waiting two hours for them to send someone. I think it pays to plan ahead. Then-at 130 i finally got a really nice plumber and he was awesome. My contractor was impressed enough he asked for a card as did I. Eric was polite, clean and very professional. Would request him in particular if needed again.

He charged me $176 to replace parts that he could not show me the old one. They were hard to cancel trying to come back out and charge me again. They would never let me speak with a manager. They never gave me a straight answer about what they do. They told me unless it was on the internet they cannot do any renovations on my home. I asked for them to mail a copy and they refused to give any references.

As expected and usual, everything went very well with no surprises. My family and I cannot provide enough positive comments for Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning. We began using them back in 2010/2011. We use no one else for our AC and plumbing needs. The company performs our annual AC maintenance, annual dryer vent cleaning, semi-annual water softener/filtration system maintenance, and respond to any issues that arise. They have installed two air conditioning systems and a whole house water softener/filtration system. We find everyone - yes, we mean everyone - in the company to be reliable, professional, courteous, honest, and have their customer's best interests in mind. A few items that set Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning apart from others:

- When service is scheduled and a service time window provided, they arrive a few minutes early!

- Anyone working in your home or business takes the time to put shoe covers on, protect items around the work area, and clean the wok area prior to leaving.

- One of our favorites - the same service technician completes any service calls. This is great because they know your system and any quirks it may have.

- They are very thorough. If anything found requires attention, they review all the options with you. They do not pressure the customer to do anything they do not want to do.

- They let the customer watch them work and take the time to answer and explain any questions and/or concerns.

- They have many long-term employees which indicates to us they care not only about their customers but also about the people who work for them.

- We chuckle whenever we call: "It's a great day at Art Plumbing. How can I help you?" This really sets a positive tone.

- With regards to the professionalism and honesty displayed by all employees, if the situation ever arose where we were not available to be home the entire time of the service call, we would have no qualms running an errand or two, leaving them in our home alone.

After living in South Florida for almost ten years, Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning is our favorite and most trusted service provider.

Called them to fix a leak in my tub, but they failed to find and fix it.  I was charged some $400 for their "work," but the leak was still there.  I fixed it myself for $10.
My condo was leaking into the downstairs neighbor's ceiling and I called them out to find the problem and fix it.  The guy claimed he filled the tub up and didn't see a leak there, but suspected the on/off valves were the issues since they didn't have sealant around them. He cut open the drywall on the other side of the wall to inspect the plumbing there which was an additional $266 just to cut open the wall and WITHOUT FIXING THE WALL EITHER.  Like i said earlier, he claimed he filled the tub up and splashed water around, but couldn't see it leaking.  I specifically asked him to fill it BEYOND the overflow drain valve to make sure that wasn't the issue, as i strongly suspect, and he said he did that, but didn't see any problems there.  All in all, he said he didn't see any leaks anywhere, but suspected it was an issue with the valves not being sealed and would cost $40 just to put caulk on there!  The service call alone was already $90.  I wasn't on the property and couldn't look myself at that moment and trust them to fix it.
Weeks later when the tub was used again, the leak occurred again.  This time I was available to observe and find a fix myself. The overflow drain valve, as i strongly suggested to the plumber, was the issue.  I didn't bother calling them as over 4 weeks had passed since they last came out and don't have money to throw around carelessly.  I suspect they would have said it's a new issue and would have charged me close to another couple hundred dollars (services call, parts and labor).
$400 down the drain.
By the way, if you see reviews of a company and they are ALL 5 stars, one should be very suspicious.  If the reviews all have the same tone of "the company is great, the company is real good and compliments galore", then I believe they are likely fake reviews which are illegal and the company can be fined for posting fake reviews or buying fake reviews services.  If there are actual details of unique stories, then they likely would be real. do your homework.
