Gary sent me the estimate on the day he committed and scheduled the work within 4 days. Gary arrived on time, completed the work the same day and gave me instructions on how to use the equipment. Gary also gave me the documents for the equipment and the rebate form for the Pentair Intelliflo pump. So far so good with the operation of the equipment. I highly recommended Gary and Allbright Pools.

I have been using Allbrite Pools for over 25 years. Always responsive to our needs, able to investigate problems and repair most of them and refer us to other contractors if needed. Weekly pool service is excellent too.

I brought my cleaner in and it needed a part. Marie diagnosed it and Tracy replaced it for me quickly and efficiently. I have been using Allbrite for over 5 years and they have always been responsive and cared about taking care of anything wrong. I use them for monthly service and they show up promptly every week. I would highly recommend them.

To begin with I have used these folks on several occasions over the past 15 years and I am completely pleased with their work. I had Gary come out to what I thought would be a replacement of my pool light. Much to my pleasure Gary was able to renew our existing assembly therein saving me money. If you want honest work by an honest business then stop and see them.

It went quite well as it does every week when they come to provide cleaning and maintenance service. Felipe, the technician is very polite and friendly and always puts forth a great effort to accommodate us in every way possible.

Maintained, our pool. Kept the chemicals balanced, kept the pool clean. He did a good job & did not try to oversell repairs. He ran an honest operation & if you are willing to go along with his method of pricing I would not hesitate to recommend his service.

I had been fighting a leak in my swimming pool for several years, using different service providers without success. I did have a small leak in the filter housing, so I decided to have Allbrite install a new one to eliminate that contributing factor. After talking with the owners, Tracy and Gary, we figured out the best filter for my pool and Gary came out that day and installed it. Unfortunately, the pool was still losing water, so Allbrite sent two guys out with a sonar apparatus to track down the leak, which turned out to be in the main drain. There had been repairs to the drain before, by the previous owners, so the only sure fix was to drain the pool, repair the drain properly, and refill the pool. Gary performed all work on schedule, as promised, for an extremely fair price. And the rest of the Allbrite team walked me through the process of getting the pool back in balance. The pool is now crystal clear, a joy to use, and holding water like a bathtub. Allbrite is All Right by me!

Pool pump stopped working. I called Albright (i had used them before) and was able to get Gary to come out the next day. He was the same repair man that had replaced the pump (9 or 10) years ago. It's good to know that their employees have been there a long time, and maintained the quality of their work. Gary was courteous & professional. He replaced all the pump within an hour and answered all my questions about the new pump. It has been over year and I haven't had any problems.

I had a leak in the pool that was causing a loss of an inch per day. I stopped by the store in the morning, and inquired about leak testing. Tracy called Gary (the owners) on the phone to see if he could do it that day. He came by about noon, and found that I had a crack in the skimmer pipe, somewhere around the first bend (which was at least a foot below the skimmer). He said that it couldn't be fixed without removing the skimmer. This would require cutting through the deck, and would probably damage coping and tiles, due to the close quarters (I have a wall around the outer edge of the pool, which is where the skimmer is. There is only a few feet there to work with). He gave me a quote, told me to give him a call when I was ready. I tried to shop around a bit, but ended up going with Gary. When he came out to do the repair, he decided to try and dig under the wall to avoid collateral damage to the pool and deck. This was a hassle with the roots and Coral Springs rock he had to go through. When he finally made it to the pipes (it looked a little like the Great Escape), he found that the first elbo had a crack in it, probably caused by a large rock that was part of the fill used when the pool was built. Anyway, he was able to cut out and replace that section. Problem solved! I have been going to their store for weekly water testing and supplies for 18 years.

My husband and I had never owned a pool. Gary and Tracy were extremely patient with explaining (more than once) how the system worked and what we needed to do to maintain the pool. We have a large pool that was difficult to maintain with the existing equipment. With their guidance, selected a new filter and pool heater that has been working effortlessly.
