He haphazardly followed up with the city for permits and while he is a licensed GC, it did not appear that he knew what he was doing. On top of that, he never did any of the work himself. What is more, his subs complained to me about not being paid. BAD NEWS.... STAY AWAY!!!

"Owner has expelled a city inspector from the job site during an inspection in a previous work. It made deliberations with the city very difficult. The work has been completed and passed inspections before deadline. This review is absolutely false. Actually I am very proud of the work my subcontractors did. Owner did not know general contractors are required to subcontract work to other licensed trades such as electricians, architects, etc. I am very disappointed that a vigorous effort in having this work completed was totally misunderstood by the owner. the work has been completed, approved and even paid in full without any complaints during the period the work was undertaken. i wish he could understand the difficulties of deliberating with a city building department."
