A AT&T Co Store

They charge too much for the bill.

As one would guess with big ole AT&T, ultimately poorly in the end. In Coral Springs you're limited as to Cable and Internet choices. Isn't a monopoly wonderful?! I've had AT&T for my wireless for a few years, only because my old plan is 'good' by today's standards. I walked into the store to inquire about adding a wireless for a parent and getting U-Verse for a recent new home. I clearly instructed the sales geek to simply give me the best plan he had at a set monthly fee with no "introductory offers" that balloon later down the road. He assures me "it is what it is, no promo's" and it's fairly decent simply because I'm combining everything into one package. So, a bunch of channels & movie channels later I think I'm good to go. Keep in mind, the 'package' price is still high, but can't get Comcast as a competitor, so I swallow hard and move along. The price for the TV & Internet? Sadly, around $157. Fast forward to where I'm in my house for just over a year and I get a U-Verse bill for $212!! W**? I immediately call their customer service to find out what on earth happened because I pay my bills timely. The answer? "well your promotional price has ended and your price merely went up to reflect our premium service". REALLY?!?! For god sake you can lease a nice car for less than a cable bill! I reduced my service to bare minimum until I find a suitable alternative. BUT, I hear Advanced Cable is as high or higher, AND, it seems they stink as well. DirecTV? Nope, AT&T just bought them, so where do you think their price and service is going? Besides, my previous residence had a DirecTV dish and the signal would get lost when it merely got cloudy out! No Comcast, not that they're great either. So, I'm in a pickle at the moment. But, AT&T is misleading, WAY overpriced, and simply not worth it if you can find anything at all as an alternative. AT&T.............................you suck!

AT&T Co Store stinks. I'm bot happy with them. When you try to cancel with them, it takes them 3 months and they still send me these bills. It's like one part of them has no idea what the other part is doing so it's just been a total mess with them. When they get too big, that's when they go downhill, I think that's what happened with them. When you have an automatic payment to them from your bank, they can certainly get your payment really quick but when you cancel the service and then you try to stop that payment, it's like hell dealing with them.
