We have a very busy schedule so it was necessary to schedule over a weekend.  We were pleased to have Tycoon arrive on a Sunday to help us with our selection.  They were on-time, professional, and really seemed to listen to what we wanted in terms of product type, warranty, feature/functionality.  It worth noting that we purchased from the Hunter Douglas collection and did both motorized and unmotorized blinds.  It was important to have the electrical components of the motorized blinds hidden.  This required some creativity and Robert was considerate of the trade-offs we required and went above and beyond by bringing out an electrician (who was equally as professional) to come up with a solution that worked for us.  Hunter Douglas product speaks for itself.  We've been very pleased with this customer service experience which is not easy to find in South Florida.
