Service was great -- from Rochelle, the dispatcher, to Robert the technician. Friendly, professional and effective.

Robert was extremely knowledgeable, and honest. He listened to my description of not just this instance, but other instances in which the same problem occurred. I explained to him that the original installer replaced the same part at least three times since I installed the unit in 2010. Robert explained to me that this part was not even necessary because the unit had an external breaker. In about 20 minutes he removed the old breaker and bypassed it, thus fixing the problem. I was so happy with the experience that I decided to start a maintenance contract with the company, And he did the maintenance right after the repair. He pointed out other potential problems in the condenser (the outside unit) and the air handler. Rochelle, the dispatcher, was also extremely responsive and friendly. I called her Friday morning and she was able to squeeze me into their schedule, so that by 2 PM, Robert arrived at my home. The whole experience was very positive and I am so glad that I found this company. I highly recommend them.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARRIVED AT TIME STATED AND WERE SUPER EFFICIENT.

THEY FOUND THE LEAK THAT OTHER COMPANY COULD NOT FIND AS VERY SMALL LEAK.  ADVISED WARRANTY WOULD PROBABLY COVER AND I WOULD PAY FOR LABOR . CHECK OUTSIDE PART FOR ADDITIONAL LEAKS FOUND NONE ADVISED ME THAT ROCHELLED WOULD BE IN TOUCH TO ADVISE ME WHEN THE PART WAS IN SO THAT THE COILS LEAK WHICH WAS IN THE  UNIT WOULD BE REPLACED AND UNIT WOULD THEN BE 100PC PROBABLY WORK TO BE FULLY COMPLETED WITHIN A WEEK DEPENDING ON PART.

VERY PROFFESSIONAL.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND.   JUST A BIT MORE ON LABOR BUT IF THE PROBLEM GETS SOLVED IT IS WORTH IT. LOVE THE STAFF AND THEY ALSO SERVICE ALL MITSUBISHI SLIM LINES WHICH IS HARD TO FIND EFFICIENT COMPANIES WHO KNOW HOW TO SERVICE THOSE UNITS. COREY THE TECHNICIAN IS FULLY PROFESSIONAL AND I AM NOW SOLD ON THIS COMPANY AS MY OTHER COMPANY I USED FOR  18 YEARS HAS STOPPED CARING FOR ITS CUSTOMERS SO I AM SO GLAD TO FIND THIS COMPANY SINCE LATE LAST YEAR TO USE TO SERVICE ALL A/C NEEDS IN HOUSE CONDOS AND EVERYTHING RELATED.  A TRUE A PLUS

completely cleaned and blew out all lines of two mitsubish slim line ac that had not been serviced for 4 years.  The brush that circulates was full of dust and dirt he completely took both of the unis and serviced in full at 225.00 each and they were saturated with dirt and dust and even had mold.   Corey the technician was great he brought tarps and was super professional and cleaned all brush wired and coils and blew out lines of the two units.  The third unit he completely cleaned and advised no need for the full clean up until next time as the brush wires were no full of dust.  He however, did clean and vaccum and blew out all lines and the outside part of the units he checked to make sure in proper order.  True pleasure and great professionalism and its not easy to find a reputable company that works with SLIM LINE HVAC SYSTEM.

Rochelle, who scheduled appointment was right on the money with time and with the scheduling and Terry took the first call and had full knowledge of the product.  Will not use anyone else to service my MITSUBISHI SLIM LINES.

Terry and his crew are very experienced.  They were very neat.  The price was reasonable although the price for the "house call" was a little more than expected.  Overall we were very pleased, and will use True Cool again for our a.c. needs.

I called True Cool this morning as my Mother's ac unit was not cooling. Terry came out and repaired the damaged part while even providing a "senior discount" I was very impressed with his professionalism, compassion and knowledge. as my mother is elderly and hard of hearing, I wanted to be there with her at the time of service to make sure all went well and Terry was great about communicating with me via texts about his estimated time of arrival. All went well and I highly recommend this company!

Of course our air conditioning went out on Friday.  After going through Angie's List, I noted not many were available on Saturday.  I called Terry at True Cool A/C to schedule an appointment for Monday... He asked what the problem was, I told him.  He said he could come out that day (SATURDAY)!   When he arrived, he diagnosed our problem, fixed it and it did not cost "an arm and a leg".
He was very pleasant to talk to, very professional, and I would highly recommend him to our friends.

The office staff apologized for not being able to come out the same day of my call.  But it was okay as this is not our main unit.  Terry showed up the next day exactly on time.  He cleared the lines and provided advise of how to deal with this issue.

This was the second time that we have used his services as he had replaced another unit in the house.  He is very knowledgeable and professional.  I'm also recommending him to very dear friends that need a/c replacement

Typical situation - the air conditioning failed on a Saturday night.  Sunday we called True Cool Air Conditioning and the call was taken by Terry.  He came out that day - explained what was wrong and the different options which were available to us.     At our first meeting with Terry,  we were immediately comfortable with the way he was handling our problem.  We decided to replace both units.
Two teams of technicans arrived with the equipment on Tuesday.  One installed the unit outside and the second installed the inside unit.  While it took all day they were done by mid afternoon.  The work crews were efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves.  
The difference in the comfort of the house was immediately evident.  There is no question that he sized our unit correctly and that it was providing us with the quality of air that we wanted.
We are confimred customers of this company and recommend them highly.

All in all it went well. Terry was very knowledgable in the new building codes for my area and got the job done in short notice to meet the deadline for filing a tax credit. Although he was out of town and we needed to wait until he got back, once he got back he scheduled the job quickly. We are glad we waited because the job was done without any problems and without any aggravation.

Terry was awesome! He was friendly and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice. The price was a little high for my budget but I will definitely continue to use their services as they are much more trustworthy than the other company I used to use.

The A/C unit was installed and working in one work day. A temp cooling unit was supplied while the work was done. Another full work day was required to comply with city permitting. The city inspector failed the electrical connection and it required several phone calls/complaints to have that fixed (6 weeks elapsed time). The thermostat had wide fluctuations in temperature and was replaced twice, the last time with the same brand to match the air conditioner. The unit leaks water slightly in the attic (discovered after 2 mo. and mold on ceiling underneath). Has been repaired once but still leaks.

They did a good job. They showed up right on time and the crew was professional while they were at my home. The only complaint that I have is that they had to come back out once to do some finishing work that they did not do the first time and they were supposed to be out a second time to find the cause of a small whistle. I have not seen them for that second visit. I would probably use them again in the future, my only concern is that it is a small company.

It went very well with them. They are very knowledgeable and the work they perform is good. I have used them in the past for other work. They explained the work they were performing well to me.

They were very good. I think that the prices they gave me are very fair. I have been using them for some time now, and I have been pleased with their prices and with the quality of their work. I would definitely rehire them again in the future, but I can't remember how much they charged me.

THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENT. THEY DO GREAT WORK. I'M A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT I ONLY USE THEM FOR MY AIR CONDITIONER. THE PRICE IS WORTH IT BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IT WILL ALWAYS BE FIXED.
