TCS CONTRACTING CORP

Todd was initially very responsive to my Angie's List request. He was the first of three companies to schedule an appointment to quote us on the project. He seemed very eager. We allowed him to come and view the pool without us being here and he left a handwritten basic quote in our mailbox for our review. That was all fine. We had some questions about his quote as it wasn't very detailed so we asked him to send us more details in writing before we could make our final decision. He promised he would but never did. I waited a week. Called him again and left him a message that we would need his detailed quote (which would show everything we were getting for the price), but he never sent it nor returned the call. We don't understand why he would take the time to drive and quote our project but never follow up with proper details. We would have been remiss to pay him for services that weren't itemized in a formal quote. He wasted our time and his, in reality by not following through. If this is how he handles quotes, we can only imagine how the job would be handled after money has been paid.
