"Unfortunately, upon inspection, we found several violations on the customer's property. The electrical panel was damaged and presented numerous hazards, with violations observed in the feeder conduit from the main panel as well as improper wiring inside the house, including the use of plumbing materials for a ceiling fan. In response, we proposed an electrical panel replacement and home devices to update outlets, switches, and install GFCIs in the kitchen and bathroom for enhanced safety. We successfully completed the job within a single day. However, due to the extent of violations on the property, the client has opted not to proceed with additional services at this time. We remain prepared to continue work whenever they are ready. Should you require further information or wish to review images of the completed service and installed electrical panel, please let us know.
