Made a mess. Brought dirt into house from previous job. Inadequate cleaning of ducts. No way to measure if anything was done at all. Ad shown on website said cameras would be used but there was none. "Technician" inexperienced with duct work. House smelled of cigarettes after process I don't smoke so assume this is contamination from dirty machine. Only penetrated duct 3 or 4 ft from vents so actually probably only cleaned one quarter or less of system. Broke 1 vent opening. Now have itchy eyes and sore throat so believe hepa filter was inadequate or improperly used.
