Dry Cleaning Service
LaSalle used to be a fabulous cleaners, especially for vintage and delicate and elaborate garments.......as in St John and Chanel
In the past there was a wonderful up front person, who understood and loved beautiful clothes.
She gave great advice, and was always honest and accurate about what results would be.
Sadly this person is gone, replaced by drones with no understanding of fabrics, and awful manners.
The owner is never there, and does not even call back to respond to left messages.
I have has wonderful results From LaSalle with Lilly Pulitzer, Chanel and Akris.
But recently a disaster, when for no reason, I got back a Chanel suit with the label cut out!!!!
Really, a cleaner stealing a label.
No explanation or apology given
No owner to speak to, no call returned by owner.
This is enough for me to say..stay away.
A formerly wonderful business that has been at the same location for 50 years has descended to nothingness.
