Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time for issues to be resolved as this can vary greatly dependent on the issue. For our remote service, we work on the computer for as long as it takes, without any additional charge should we need an extended amount of time. When working on computers remotely, we do need assistance from our clients from time to time, for such things are computer restarts, as this can terminate any connection we have with the machine. This is the reason we had called for your assistance, which I understand was frustrating for you. Unfortunately, we were unable to continue working on the computer and resolve the issue without restarting the machine, and understandably you would not allow us to regain the connection.
