We called Deco Concrete Inc to redo our driveway and some other repair . Gus, the owner, is very nice,honest, and reliable. He is all about Perfection. He was always at the house when needed, and is in constant communication at project ( unlike many South Florida Contractors). The work they did for us was perfect, and at a very fair price. We highly recommend Deco Concrete Inc.

Demolition was nerve-wracking with bobcat and jackhammers, a lot of dust and noise and a few cracks in interior walls.  Two loads of debris went to the dump in the first couple of days.  Pavers took a few more days to cut and place, while a huge pile of trash sat at the curb.  Most of the workers were cooperative, made accommodations for air-conditioner and sprinkler guys to do what they needed before pavers were placed.  Workers who were working on other jobs on the block were supposed to have removed the trash pile,
but refused until the Spanish-speaking guy who was fixing my sprinklers urged them to do the task that their boss, via phone, couldn't convince them to do. 
Since the job was "completed", I've spent several weeks digging chunks of rock, asphalt, concrete, and layers of gravelly sand out of planter beds and lawn.  Owner wanted final payment before the job was completed, but I referred to his contract and gave him the appropriate amount for that phase of the job.  After completion, he was here conferring with another homeowner on the block.  I managed to convince him that he should honor the "haul away debris" provision in his contract, so they took away the first  five 5-gallon buckets along with several filled construction-debris trash bags.  Three city bulk trash pick-ups, two weeks apart, took care of the rest, but I was the one who had to do the digging, collecting and bagging.
Concrete edging looked and felt like it was done by a pre-schooler with rough and dangerous edges sticking up, uneven width and height in sections.  A neighbor with the appropriate sander type tool and I with a hammer were able to take care of most of those issues before soil and sod could be placed.
At one point, the same guys who refused to take the trash from the curb did try to take some soil from my front planter-bed to use where they were putting down new sod for the neighbor's project.
I am hopeful that the driveway will last and look good long after the last of the giant blister in the center of my hand heals.

The owner of the company was very unprofessional. He was a RACIST and very rude. I went through a Neighborhood improvement program with the city. After the job was complete I asked him for a Lien release that the city required. He told me that I was a sorry poor Black N word that needed the citys money to fix my driveway. After I gave him the final payment he told me he would not record the lien release. He said if I wanted it done I needed to do it myself. He accused me of being on food stamps and said my driveway looks better then my ugly cheap house.
