Olman is a true professional: - he returns your calls - he shows up when he promises - he knows what he's doing - when he's working he cleans up - his pricing is reasonable It was a true pleasure to find an experienced professional in this field!! I'd recommend him to anyone and hire him again. Our unit was broken, he sorted out what was wrong, serviced the machine and fixed it. He could have bilked us for a new machine, but only did what was needed.

I called and they came in about an hour to fix the commercial ice machine. It took them about an hour to fix it and the price was reasonable. Very efficient and professional service.

I called Olman the owner of CSR and he showed up about an hour later. He diagnosed the leak and repaired it. He only charged me for an hour despite taking him approximately 2 hours to make the repair. The additional time was due to Olman not have some parts needed for the repair. However, he said he did not want to make me pay more simply because he did not have the parts on his truck. He had to go to obtain the parts nearby. I did not have to ask for him to reduce the bill. He just went ahead and did it. He was very professional and cleaned up after very well too. I will call CSR Air conditioning repair work again.

I came home from vacation to find my AC not working at all. Olman took my call over the weekend and came on Sunday morning to check the unit. He determined I had to replace the entire compressor. By Monday, he had obtained a new until and worked all day to get it installed. Olman kept me informed along the way and discussed the costs and relative benefits of different models. He is very professional and returns phone calls right away, whether during or after work hours and on weekend. I can't recommend him enough. This is the second time I use CSR, and I will never use anyone else.

CSR fixed the compressor and it worked for two months, after which it broke. When we called them and asked them to fix it again they refused because they don't have the necessary paperwork to work in this hi-rise. So why they performed the work in the first place two months ago is the mystery.

I have been experiencing sounds coming from my A/C unit for a few weeks now. I called this morning and this afternoon Olman came out to see my A/C unit. The result of the noise was not coming from the A/C, but he stayed and was able to pin point the noise. He was very nice and professiional.

Mr. Jorge Olman was the repair technician that came to service my air conditioner. He was pleasant, thorough and very professional. He did a great job in explaining the problems and solutions. I will definitely use CSR again for any future air conditioner problems.

CSR did some repairs on my new central air conditioning. They were punctual, diagnosed the problem quickly, and did the work immediately. The price was very fair and the work honest. I will recommend CSR to others.

CSR had done emergency work for me at a rental condo I own, and I was so impressed I had him come to my house to clean up my central air that was way past due to be inspected, and to see if he could get a foreign mini-split AC in my kitchen to work. He had to do major work on both, but got them in excellent working condition. He also sealed areas where air was escaping and cleaned and sanitized the ducts. He also took apart a pool heater that had quit working, but it was beyond repair. He did it all in one day and contacted me later to make sure everything was working fine. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

The owner, Olman Vasquez, was puctual, polite, and kept me constantly informed as to what was going on. He was reliable and his price was fair.
My long term tenant had called that morning saying the AC wasn't operating. Olman called the tenant, made the arrangements, and everything finished by noon the same day. Both my tenant and I were very pleased.

Through a home warranty (Complete Appliance Protection)... they referred me to CSR. They immediately called the tenant, went to the property, and repaired the AC all within about two hours. CSR is quick, and courteous. They called me immedatiately to let me know that the repair was done, and that they will be billing the home warranty company directly)... excellent communication and professionalism.
