Gables Roofing Corp is an absolute terrible choice for your property or project. Two and a half years after installation of a completely new roof, there remains several active leaks in pitched and flat roof portions of the roof and their handling of the situation couldn’t be worse. From a workmanship standpoint, GRC is trash. At least a half dozen visit to the project to “fix” the issues has led to no resolution - their work is shoddy and very likely constitutes a direct threat to safety. From a customer standpoint, you will not find a worse company. The owner Marisol may be the most miserable person you will ever encounter. The co-owner Gill is aloof, distracted, and unengaged to put it lightly. They don’t take ownership of any of their faults, attempt to pass blame to anyone possible, and legitimately suggested insurance fraud as a resolution to the damage caused by them. This is a company currently facing litigation, challenges to their professional licensure, and under investigation by better business groups. Avoid Gables Roofing Corp like the plague

Perfect Roofing was eager to get started replacing my roof.  I gave a $2,000 deposit and the rest of the funds were expected upon completion.  Perfect Roofing pulled the appropriate permits and began removing the existing materials from my roof.  
This is where it gets ugly...
I received a phone call from the owner of Perfect Roofing and he wished to meet me at the retailer where he gets his supplies so I may use my credit card to pay for the supplies.  Apparently Perfect Roofing has NO credit and burned all bridges as to not be able to obtain any roofing supplies.  This bit of information was not prenegotiated, I would have NOT used this company knowing this.  
After three trips to the retailer throughout the replacement the roof was finished and passed inspection.  
Now, fast forward two years.  I have a leak in my roof.  I called Perfect Roofing, no answer.  I left a message and sent an email, no response.  One week later I was lucky enough to reach someone at their office.  An appointment was made, Perfect Roofing did not show up or call.  I called to reschedule, Perfect Roofing showed up late.  They confirmed there is a leak and set an appointment to have it fixed.  They did not show up or call for that appointment.  I called to reschedule and was given a new date, they did not call or show up.  I called the office number and was greeted by a woman who confirmed that she received my emails and phone calls and would try to get someone to call me tomorrow.  
This is a very frustrating company to deal with and I would caution anyone about using them.  Please beware!

After about a month and three weeks, the tarping shredded everywhere. They refused to do anything about it, other than get the tarp manufacturer on the phone to tell us that they didn't recommend using it for more than a month. The roofer originally told us it would last 9 months to a year. Either he's a liar or a fool. I'd sooner get up on the roof myself before bringing them back to my home.

 He asked for money upfront to get materials ($1400), and we agreed I would pay for the rest after the work was done. Weeks went by and I called several times but couldn't get ahold of him, so I decided to fire him. I sent an official letter to let him know, and he wrote back and said I owed him $9000. He did not finish the job so I should not owe him anything.

I DO ENJOY THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. I PRAISE HIS WORK VERY HIGHLY. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS, AND WOULD LOVE TO KEEP THIS ROOFER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES.
