Francisco and his crew were great to work with. Communication was great and scheduling went well. This was an old flat roof that had been repaired several times and was leaking, part of it over a living area. I did lots of research and had narrowed down my choices to replacing it with a fiberglass over marine plywood or a product called SealoFlex. No one in South Florida had done flat roofs with a fiberglass application and so permitting was going to be a challenge (it is done up north on the East Coast). Francisco recomended SealoFlex, which I had already discovered, and so I went with this product. The job was complicated because there was lots of rotten wood and the roof was back pitched. They had to make tapered sleepers and put them over the existing plywood and then put new plywood over that, then the SealoFlex. The finished product looks good and we are quite pleased with look. Additionally, they repaired two major areas on my tile roof that were rotten and had leaked, and as with the other job did a professional job.
