I bought a 1971 home in good conditions the insurance company required me to perform a 2 inspections at the time, one of them was a 4 point inspection and the other one was a wind mitigation. Everything was fine until the inspector from citizen said he didn't fit in the attic because it was to small, which affected me in a big way because i didn't qualify for roof clips, since they couldn't determine what kind of roof structure i had. Thats when i found Property Inspection Consultants and requested their service explaining them my situation, due to the attic being so small we needed to find the truss to determine the structure. Joe Achante was very proffessional and got the job done after 2 hours and 21 minutes in the attic of my house he found the right truss with the clips. After that Citizens gave the full discount that i deserved. I am very happy with his service and proffesionalism and i will recommend it to anybody
