I had Dave and his assistant replace electric door actuators a few times. The second seat door was the problem. In July 2019 - the first time they came they had the wrong part. The second time they came they replaced it and it and it quit working shortly after that. I had it replaced again - and now 15 months later it is not working. I paid close to $500 for this repair and he said he can't honor the warranty. I understand it is only 3 month out of warranty. This is ridiculous. I've done business with him for a few years now. He assured me that the part was from GM and that was why it was so expensive! Had another company come out and replace the actuator today, they could not have been nicer! The part they took out was "made in Japan" garbage. Its fixed and for half the price! Buyer beware!!!

My window track broke on my older van. Contacted Dave and set appointment for 12/31 morning, which he said would be between 10 and 12. He arrived a little before 11 after calling shortly after 10 to say he'd be there before 11. Turned out he didn't have correct part with him but would return later with correct part. He arrived back around 4 and said he wasn't confident part he brought would hold up and asked if he could get a better unit and come first thing in the morning. He called around 8, was there before 10 and finished in about 30 minutes or less. Over the phone he had quoted $149 and the final bill was exactly that. Dave was friendly, professional and absolutely true to his word. I would gladly refer anyone to him..
