We were confident in leaving our keys with them--they even watered our plants when our return was delayed! They came back after our trip to help move furniture back to where we wanted it. Kittles owner Silvio is also very pleasant to work with. This company is A+++++. The floors are perfect as is the baseboard. They were very flexible in letting me take home sample and are excellent communicators, always on time for appointments. Rick even helped us out with an air conditioning issue (a part needed to be replaced and he waited for the technician and even came the next day to make sure it was running properly.) Talk about full service! It was like having house-sitters. These guys are master installers. Kittles is going into kitchen remodeling and will be my first choice when having any work like this done in the future.

Kittles was very accommodating throughout the entire process...from the selection of the appropriate product through the installation.  This job required the removal of a newly laid bamboo floor that had been installed incorrectly, and which the previous company took no responsibility for.  Kittles guided me in the selection process to a product more suitable to the environment and which blended beautifully.  The product was delivered quickly, the installers were scheduled immediately following, and they did an excellent job with the installation...clean, professional, knowledgeable, polite.
I had used Kittles twice before (great installation) and hired another company for the bamboo installation based on my designers recommendation.  Big mistake! I highly recommend Kittles for wood flooring and would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the quality work they do. Professional, courteous, dependable, and accommodating company and installers. The installers are skilled professionals with many years experience who take pride in their work. My floors are absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

They were really great. It's a modern company. It was a 500 square feet of flooring. They have a really good showroom it's on for different types of examples. They also ask you great questions to help you find the right product for you lifestyle. They actually reword my selections to help stay in my budget. When you go to the process of them; basically, it's not about your money it is about what you want. If it's not within your budget, then they find something similar that is within your budget. They were great. I was comparing them to a couple of different competitors and they seemed to be the most knowledgeable. They took the most amount of time to educate me and just explain and answer any question that I had. They were very meticulous about it. Looking professionally finished.

They did an excellent. They were  there on time every morning. They did a very professional job. They are nice guys. I am very satisfied. Actually, this is the third time I am using them.

The floor started to lift 3 month's after installation. Kittle's drilled hole's and shot glue into the floor and then filled holes with dowel's.The entire floor lifted by 8 month's. I am totally dissatisfied with the work that was preformed. We have tried to work with Kittle's, but we feel that they have made the process a very difficult. It has been more than one year. We feel that this company is NOT about customer service, and satisfaction.

I spent a lot and the total job was probably about $5500. The entire condo is 800 square feet. So, I didn?t have the two bathrooms and the kitchen done. They have tile and vinyl flooring. So, it is not a budget floor and it is not a place where you can go and get low end work. It is a family owned business and they have been around forever. They took care of everything and did a great job. They did the work in about two or three days. It is not somewhere you can go and bargain with. It is not a place to go if you are looking for cheap cost. They do good work and you pay for people who know and do a good job. They will tell you if you need anything done for the sub flooring. They let me know ahead of time while I was picking my floors if it was within my price range or not. They didn?t try to up sell me or anything. They were really upfront about how much different things cost. I would definitely use their services in the future too. They were at the top when it came to my budget. So, I was a little tied, but I would probably make sure that I budget it correctly the next time. When I accepted the contract, I paid a third of the deposit and a third when the work started. Then a third when the work was completed.

Their worker took the tile off the level kitchen floor, and left it 4 inches deep in some places. They made it completely uneven. They then charged me an extra $2,000 to re-level the floor, when their worker was the one who ruined it. They didn’t even make it level! They also never came back to do the moldings or other projects that I paid for. They sound very knowledgeable but when a different company inspected their work, they informed me that pretty much everything was done incorrectly, including selling me the wrong type of floor.
