FPC came out and did a full home inspection on a property I was purchasing.  They did a complete walk through of the property checking practically everything.  They checked the floors, walls, windows, closets, all of the plumbing and electrical, the roof, attic, etc... Ruben was very thorough and detailed throughout the inspection.  He even used this infrared device that was able to locate a minor roof leak that we were unable to see through the naked eye.  He was very friendly and professional with me and the homeowners.  I highly recommend FPC and their services.  Ask for Ruben.  

The inspector was on time and promptly identified himself. He proceeded to inspect the home and was careful to leave everything as he had found it. When the inspection was over, he spent time answering my questions. He patiently listened and replied with thorough, thoughtul answers.

Ruben was very professional and detailed oriented, explaining what he was inspected and  indicating minor repairs that I might need to consider for my property.  Ex. a broken floor tile and small leak on bathroom sink.

The experience was below average. The report was too basic and a little confusing. It missed important details that I discovered after the fact. The report seemed to be thrown together and rushed. I have had inspections done by other companies on different properties in the past and there was a huge difference.
