Flooring Express

I selected Flooring Express to re-carpet my upstairs rooms. Everything about this experience was highly professional. The sales person (Joyce) was knowledgeable and pleasant. They accommodated my scheduling requests perfectly. The carpet quality was as advertised. The installers were fast and effective. I would highly recommend this business.

The carpet was installed incorrectly. They offered to fix it but I couldn't go through the aggravation. Now I'm left with a carpet that squeaks in certain areas."yes" carpet that squeaks because of padding. So upsetting!

It was ok at the beginning, they where very eager to get the job and very responsive at the time. Once the job started 3 different crews show up with under the same lead man. From very early on I didn't hear back from the store owner again, my only contact was the lead man, who took the final payment. There was no follow up on the job, no interest from the store at all. They left 3 buckets of glue that where picked up almost 2 months later. The Job so far seems to have been done right.

I went in looking for remnants at the store on Griffin and they sent me to see Chuck at the warehouse a few miles down the road. He did not hesitate to help me knowing that there was not a big sale in it. He took me to the storage and brought out two perfect pieces, measured them and everything, all for $30! SO very fair. So very friendly. Next big flooring job I'm going to them!!!!!!

I discovered Flooring Express on the internet while researching new flooring for my home.  I had been to numerous speciality shops and big box stores looking at various options after a water leak forced me to replace flooring that I loved.  I did not find the selection, the experience, or at times the customer service that I thought I needed or deserved with a such big decison and purchase.
As soon as I entered Flooring Express, I could tell Michael knew his stuff and was willing to share his expertise with patience.  I explained my plight and thoughts on new flooring.  Patiently, he pulled sample after sample telling the pros and cons of each as we lined the showroom and I drug them outside for the best lighting.  I took samples home and brought samples back time after time, so I could check them with my furniture, countertops, lighting, etc.  After making my selection, Michael and Jody, the owner, proved to be competitive with the pricing.  I had my own installer, so they explained the details so I would get the flooring in a timely manner for installation.  The only hiccup I experienced was with such a large order, some of the flooring was backordered; however, both Micahel and Jody were always available to answer questions and they returned calls promptly to get it shipped and the project finished. 
 
The end result was I got the great customer service, the benefit of years of flooring knowledge, and beautiful handscraped laminate flooring.  Happy, Happy, Happy!

They are okay but their prices are too high for me. As a property manager I have to keep an eye on the bottom line. I found a better deal through another service provider therefore I will not use them again.

They were professional and on time. They had to rip up the tile floors before they could install the wood flooring. It was a difficult job to get the old tile floors up but they kept working at it and the end result was absolutely beautiful. I would use them again. The work was performed at my old house in Hollywood, FL back in June 2012?

All of the Flooring Express people we dealt with are experienced flooring veterans.  That was the reason we decided to go with them rather than a home improvement store where the rep may have worked in the lumber or paint department the week before.  Even though the Flooring Express price may have been a little higher, we wanted it done right since we didn't want to replace the flooring for at least 20 years.  There were no surprises, everything was on time, exactly as we expected from flooring professionals.

Flooring Express did an okay job. One of the special pieces came off and this in less than a month after having it installed. It was put in a hurry with very little attention to details. We just never bothered to call them back. The guy was a little lacking from responsiveness. They were punctual.

We had been searching for quite some time for an upstanding carpet sales/installation company...and had narrowed our search to such companies that could supply the carpet make, style, and pattern that we wanted.  After doing a lot of "homework", which also included a great deal of Internet researching, we zeroed in on Flooring Express.  We initially spoke by phone to Jody Silvers, the company's president.  He made a very good impression and promised to send someone out to measure that same day.  Chuck Zebrowski, the sales person who came out, knew his stuff, took the measurements needed and answered all of our questions.  We proceeded to select the final style desired, make an order, and put a down-payment -- all on that same afternoon.  The carpet and installation was promised for 10/17.  On that date, the company's installation people arrived at the appointed time and did a nice job of installing the carpet.  Our only issue in the whole process was that there was a slight miscommunication on the part of the installers. company-rep, and us -- in connection with what we wanted done in connection with moving/putting-together the wall system pieces that had been previously moved.   In the end, everything worked out to everyone's satisfaction.  However, due to the existence of this wall-system issue, we only gave a "B" instead of an "A" in the "Professionalism" category of our experience with the company.
